Hi my name is Selina, and I’ve been specializing in curly hair professionally for the past 8 years. My passion for curls began early in life, growing up without access to the knowledge and education about textured hair that we have today. Like many, my family struggled to properly care for my curls, which led me to begin learning how to care for my hair on my own from a young age. At sixteen, after experiencing severe curl damage from a color service where proper curl care was never explained, I was faced with the reality of losing the curls I loved.

That moment became a turning point. I committed myself to understanding curl health, investing in education, research, and curl focused training to restore my own hair. Through patience, knowledge, and intention, I was able to heal my curls and in doing so, discovered my true calling. Today, I bring that same level of care, education, and attention to every client I serve. I am thrilled to be joining the Lavish Salon team and contributing to such an elevated and welcoming environment. My goal is to provide a personalized, luxury experience that enhances natural texture, prioritizes hair health, and empowers each guest to truly love their curls.
